ARCD has local and regional networks within which the exchange of resources on decentralization is promoted. The Center brings together experiences from research, conferences, workshops and study tours to facilitate the sharing of information.

It is open to any institution or organization which desires to share information about decentralization in their countries. Through the ARCD’s network you can inform the world about policies, conferences, forums, and current events of interest to scholars, practitioners, and stakeholders on decentralization.
